About
About Seller Label Cropper
Seller Label Cropper is a free web tool that turns the shipping label PDFs from Flipkart, Meesho and Amazon into print-ready labels. It runs entirely in your browser.
What it does
Marketplace label PDFs are made for the marketplace, not for your printer. The label shares the page with an invoice, there is empty space around it, and orders come in no useful sequence. The tool crops each label out of the page, separates the invoices, can put four labels on an A4 sheet or one label per page for a thermal printer, sorts labels by SKU or courier, and adds a summary page you can use as a picking list.
Who it is for
It is made for sellers on Flipkart, Meesho and Amazon who print shipping labels every day, from a few orders to several PDFs per dispatch. Only these three marketplaces are supported.
Why it runs in the browser
Label PDFs contain customer names, addresses and phone numbers. Sending them to someone else’s server to be cropped is a risk you should not have to take. So the work happens on your own device: your PDF files are processed locally in your browser, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to create. Results stay in the open tab until you close it. You can read more on the privacy policy page.
How it is built
- The site is built with Next.js and served as static pages.
- PDFs are read with pdf.js, which finds the text and the position of everything printed on each page.
- New PDFs are written with pdf-lib, which copies each label as vector content so barcodes stay sharp.
- ZIP downloads are created with JSZip.
All of this runs in your browser. There is no processing server behind the tool.
Free to use
The tool is free and has no paid plan. There is no account, no sign-up and no upload, so there is nothing to pay for and nothing to cancel.
Limitations
- Each marketplace has its own label reader, built from the label formats publicly known today. If a marketplace changes its layout, crops may be off until the reader is updated.
- There is no OCR. Scanned or image-only PDFs can be cropped, but the order number, SKU and courier cannot be read from them.
- Text printed under labels uses a standard PDF font, so Hindi text or the ₹ sign print as “?”.
- Very large batches depend on how much memory your device has.
