Check the FAQ first
Most questions are answered in the shipping label cropper FAQ. If a label is not detected or an order number is missing, the troubleshooting part of the cropping guide may already have the fix.
If a label doesn’t crop correctly
- Check the marketplace. Make sure the marketplace selected in the tool matches the PDF.
- Use the original PDF. Upload the file exactly as downloaded from your seller panel.
- Read the warnings. Each file lists any labels where the order number or SKU could not be read.
