What a Flipkart shipping label PDF looks like

A Flipkart shipping label PDF usually has one order per A4 page. Knowing its parts makes it clear what the cropper keeps and what it sets aside.

  • Shipping label on top

    The upper part of each A4 page is the label itself: delivery address, courier, barcodes and a small product table with the columns SKU ID, Description and QTY.

  • Dashed cut line in the middle

    Flipkart prints a dashed line between the label and the invoice. The cropper ignores that line when it measures the label, so it never ends up as a stray mark on your print.

  • Tax invoice below

    The lower part starts at the "Tax Invoice" heading. That heading is where the cropper ends the label. The invoice is set aside and only added back if you ask for it.

  • Label-only pages

    Some Flipkart pages carry only a label and no invoice heading. These are treated as whole-page labels and cropped to their printed area, instead of being skipped.

Workflow

From Flipkart PDF to printed labels

Each step below is an option in the tool. Use only the ones you need for the day's orders.

  1. Step 1: Upload the Flipkart PDF

    Download the labels from your Flipkart seller panel and drop the PDF into the tool with Flipkart selected. Add several PDFs if you downloaded in parts.

  2. Step 2: Crop each label

    Every page is split at the "Tax Invoice" heading. The label is copied out as vector content, so the barcodes stay as sharp as in the original file.

  3. Step 3: Fit 4 labels on A4

    Turn on 4 labels per A4 page to place labels two by two with thin cut guides. Leave it off to get one label per page for a thermal printer.

  4. Step 4: Print the order number

    The Flipkart order ID starts with OD followed by 15 to 21 digits. The tool reads it from the label and prints "Order: OD…" in a strip under the label.

  5. Step 5: Sort by SKU

    The SKU is read from the SKU ID column of the label table, so all orders of one product come out together. A label without a readable SKU goes into an "UNKNOWN SKU" group.

  6. Step 6: Add the summary page

    An A4 summary at the end lists each SKU with its order count and total quantity, plus a courier breakdown. Use it as a picking list.

  7. Step 7: Invoices and original pages

    Add the invoices after the labels in the same sorted order, one per A4 page. You can also append the untouched original Flipkart pages at the end.

Options

Options for Flipkart labels

The Flipkart reader supports most of the tool. Two option groups belong to Meesho only.

  • Available for Flipkart

    4 labels per A4, order number, custom text, date and time, SKU sorting, the SKU and order summary, invoices and keep original pages.

  • Not part of the Flipkart reader

    Colour with size and size with colour sorting, and removing extra white space, are Meesho-only options. Flipkart labels do not carry the size and colour columns those sorts depend on.

Printing and limits

Printing Flipkart labels, and what to expect

A4 printer

With 4 labels per A4 page, each label is scaled to fit its quarter of the sheet without being stretched. Print at actual size and cut along the thin dashed guides. The 4 labels on A4 page explains the margins and spacing.

Thermal printer

Turn 4 per A4 off and every Flipkart label gets its own page, sized to the label. Print at 100% so the barcode is not shrunk.

Honest limits

  • The Flipkart reader was built from the publicly known label layout. If Flipkart changes it, or your PDF looks different, some labels may not crop cleanly. The troubleshooting tips cover the usual causes.
  • Text under the label uses a standard PDF font, so Hindi text or the ₹ sign prints as "?".
  • There is no OCR. Scanned PDFs can be cropped, but their order ID, SKU and courier cannot be read.

Your PDF files are processed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
