Shipping Label PDF Features

Everything you need to go from a marketplace PDF to labels on the printer: cropping, layout, sorting and a picking summary. All of it runs in your browser, so your files are never uploaded.

What you can do

  • Crop shipping labels

Each page is split into the label and the invoice. The label is copied out as vector content, so barcodes and QR codes print as sharply as in the original PDF.
Use the shipping label PDF cropper
  • 4 labels on one A4 page

Arrange four cropped labels on every A4 sheet, two by two, with thin cut guides. Labels keep their proportions, so nothing is stretched.
    Print 4 labels on A4
  • Sort labels by SKU

Labels with the same SKU come out next to each other, so you can pick one product and pack all of its orders in a row.

  • Sort labels by pickup

For Meesho, group labels by courier such as Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax or Xpressbees, ready for each pickup.
  • SKU and order summary

Add a summary page that lists every SKU with its order count and total quantity, plus a courier breakdown. It doubles as a picking list.
Organize a whole batch of PDFs
  • Add text to shipping labels

Print a short note under every label, up to 120 characters, such as “Thank you for your order”. Use {date} or {time} to insert today’s date.
  • Add date and time

Stamp the date and time the file was processed under each label, so you can tell one day’s batch from the next.
  • Remove unnecessary white space

For Meesho labels, crop tightly around the label content to fit more on the page, without cutting into the barcode or address.
