Shipping label cropper FAQ

No. It is not a shipping label maker and it does not create new labels. Flipkart, Meesho and Amazon generate the shipping labels in your seller panel. Seller Label Cropper takes those label PDFs and prepares them for printing: it crops the labels, sorts them and lays them out on A4 or label-size pages.

Yes. It is free to use, with no sign-up and no account.

No. Your PDF files are processed locally in your browser. The label PDFs, and the customer names, addresses and order details inside them, are never sent to a server. Results stay in the open browser tab until you close it.

The tool reads the text and layout of each page in your browser, finds the label area and the invoice area, and copies the label into a new PDF as vector content, so barcodes stay sharp. Sorting, the A4 layout and the summary page are all created on your computer.

Yes. There is no limit on the number of files. They are processed one after another to keep memory use low. You get one PDF with every label sorted together, or a ZIP with a separate PDF for each file.

Yes. Turn on “4 labels per A4 page” and the cropped labels are arranged two by two on A4 sheets with thin cut guides. Labels keep their proportions. With the option off, each label gets its own page sized to the label, which suits thermal printers.

Yes, for all three marketplaces. Labels with the same SKU are grouped together and the order inside each group stays the same as in your file. Labels where no SKU could be read are grouped under “Unknown SKU” instead of being dropped.

Yes. Flipkart label PDFs are split into the label and the tax invoice, and you can sort by SKU, print 4 labels per A4, add the order number, and add a SKU and order summary.

Yes. Meesho supports the most options: SKU sorting, courier pickup sorting, colour with size and size with colour sorting, white space removal, the SKU and order summary, invoices and keeping the original pages.

Yes. Amazon label pages are cropped, invoice pages are matched to their label by order ID, and you can sort by SKU, print 4 labels per A4 and add a SKU and order summary. Pickup sorting is not offered for Amazon.

No. By default each page stays whole, with its label and invoice, and only the order is changed. Turn on Crop labels to cut each label out of its page. You can then add the invoices back at the end if you need them.

Yes. After you add your files, the tool lists every SKU (or courier, or colour and size) with its number of labels. Drag a row, or use the arrow buttons, to change the print order, and use the cross to leave a group out of the PDF. Combo and multi-quantity orders can be mixed in, kept on top, or put into a separate PDF.

The second file is not added. File names are compared without regard to upper or lower case, so “Orders.pdf” and “orders.pdf” count as the same file. The tool tells you which file was skipped, and you can rename it and add it again.

The label is still cropped and included. If the order number or SKU cannot be found, the tool shows a warning for that file and lists the label under “Unknown SKU” in the summary. It never makes up values. Scanned PDFs without text can be cropped, but their text cannot be read because the tool does not use OCR.

Each marketplace has its own label reader, and options that don’t apply are hidden in the tool.
