The Meesho label

Parts of a Meesho shipping label PDF

A Meesho shipping label PDF puts the label and the tax invoice on the same page. These are the parts the tool looks for.

  • Addresses

The label opens with "Customer Address" and an "If undelivered, return to" block with your own address. Both stay inside the crop.
  • Courier and barcodes

The courier name and the barcodes sit on the label. The cropper measures where they are printed, so they are never cut off.
  • Product Details table

A table with the columns SKU, Size, Qty, Color and Order No. This is where the tool reads the SKU, size, colour and order number.
  • TAX INVOICE below

The invoice section starts at the "TAX INVOICE" heading under the label. The label ends there; the invoice is kept aside for later.

Workflow

Processing Meesho labels in four steps

  1. Step 1: Upload and crop

Select Meesho, drop in the label PDFs from the supplier panel and press Generate Labels PDF. Each label is cut above the TAX INVOICE heading and copied as vector content.
  2. Step 2: Choose the layout

Place 4 labels on each A4 sheet with cut guides, or keep one label per page sized for a thermal printer.
  3. Step 3: Pick a sort

Sort by SKU, colour with size, or size with colour. Add pickup sorting on top to group the labels by courier first.
  4. Step 4: Add extras and download

Print the order number, a short note or the date under each label, add the summary page and invoices, then download.

Colour and size

Sorting Meesho labels by colour and size

Many Meesho sellers stock clothing in several colours and sizes. These two sorts use the Size and Color columns so the labels follow your shelves.

Colour with size

Labels are grouped by colour, then ordered by size inside each colour:

Black S, Black M, Black L, Blue S, Blue M, Blue L

This suits you if each colour has its own rack and sizes are stacked within it.

Size with colour

Labels are grouped by size, then ordered by colour inside each size:

S Black, S Blue, M Black, M Blue, L Black, L Blue

This suits you if stock is arranged by size first.

Sizes are understood properly: XS to XXXL, Free Size and numeric sizes come out in order. These sorts replace SKU sorting, so pick one of the three. Sorting is stable, so labels with the same colour and size keep their original order.

Options

Other options for Meesho labels

Meesho is the only marketplace with every option in the tool switched on.

  • Pickup sorting

Groups labels by courier. Meesho couriers recognised: Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, Valmo, Valmo Plus, Ekart, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, ElasticRun, Shiprocket and SWA. Anything else goes under "Unknown pickup".
  • SKU sorting

Reads the SKU column of the Product Details table and puts all orders of one SKU together. Spaces and letter case are ignored, so "kurti-01" and "KURTI-01" sort as one.

  • SKU and order summary

A summary page at the end lists each SKU with its order count and total quantity, the courier breakdown, and any labels without a readable order number.
  • Order number under the label

The order number comes from the Order No. column. Meesho order numbers often end in a suffix such as "_1", and it is printed as it appears on the label.
  • Invoices and original pages

Add the TAX INVOICE parts after the labels, one per A4 page, in the same order as the labels. You can also append the untouched original pages.
  • 4 labels per A4

Two by two on each A4 sheet with thin dashed cut guides. Labels are scaled to fit their quarter and never stretched.

Removing extra white space from Meesho labels

Meesho labels often have empty margins around the printed content. With Remove extra white space turned on, the crop is drawn tighter around what is actually printed, so the label fills more of its space on an A4 quarter or a thermal sticker.

The trim is conservative. It removes blank margins only, and the barcode, the courier name and the address blocks always stay inside the crop. If something looks off, turn the option off and the normal crop is used.

Your PDF files are processed locally in your browser, so you can try it both ways on the same file without uploading anything.

  • Tighter crop

Less blank paper around each label.
  • Barcode kept

    Printed content is never trimmed.

Labels from other marketplaces use their normal crop. For Flipkart PDFs, use the Flipkart label cropper.

Meesho tool

One Meesho shipping label tool, start to finish

This Meesho shipping label cropper is also a Meesho PDF cropper for the whole supplier file, so a day of orders is handled in one pass.

  • Meesho 4 labels A4 sheets

Fit four Meesho labels on each A4 sheet with cut guides, and turn on white space removal to make each label a little larger.
  • Meesho SKU sorting

Sort by the SKU column of the Product Details table, or switch to colour with size or size with colour sorting.
  • Meesho invoice cropper

The TAX INVOICE part of each page is cropped on its own and can be added after the labels, in the same order.
  • Meesho label printing

Print A4 sheets on any office printer, or label-size pages on a thermal printer for courier pickups.

Quick guide

Meesho label crop PDF in three steps

To crop Meesho label pages, choose Meesho in the tool, add the PDF from your supplier panel and press Generate Labels PDF. It is the label crop Meesho suppliers do every day, done for the whole file at once, so you never cut labels one by one.

Every Meesho crop PDF you download keeps barcodes and QR codes sharp, because the labels are copied as vector content rather than screenshots.

Meesho label crop with invoice

By default the TAX INVOICE part stays on each page. If you crop the labels, turn on Add invoices at the end to keep it. The invoices are added after the labels, in the same order, one per A4 page.

Meesho label crop 4×6 for thermal printers

For a 4×6 (4 by 6 inch) thermal label printer, turn 4 labels per A4 page off. Each Meesho label then gets its own page sized to the label. In the print dialog, set the paper size to 4×6 and choose fit to label, then print one label first to check that the barcode scans.
