Privacy Policy

Shipping label PDFs contain your customers’ personal details. This page explains plainly what Seller Label Cropper does and does not do with them, and with information about you.

Your PDF files

Your PDF files are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to any server, and the names, addresses, phone numbers and order details inside them never leave your device.

Files are not stored either. Processed results are kept only in the memory of the open browser tab, so you can download or open them. When you close the tab or clear the files, they are gone.

No account

There is no sign-up and no login. You can use the tool without giving your name, email address or phone number.

Contact form

If you send a message through the Contact Us page, the name, email address, mobile number and message you enter are sent to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards them to us by email. They are used only to reply to you. Web3Forms handles the data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies, analytics and ads

  • The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser. Your files and their contents are never sent to Google Analytics.
  • The site code contains no advertising scripts.
  • Fonts are served from this site itself, so no requests are made to Google Fonts or other font services when you visit.
  • The pdf.js worker, the part that reads PDF files, is also served from this site and not from a third-party server.

Server logs

Like any website, the site is delivered by a hosting provider. Hosting providers commonly keep standard server logs for operating and securing their service, which can include your IP address, browser user agent, the page you requested and the time of the request. These logs are kept under the hosting provider’s own policies. The site owner does not use them to track or profile visitors. Your PDF files are never part of these requests, because they are not sent anywhere.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Please check it from time to time.
