Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Seller Label Cropper. They are written in plain language. By using the tool, you agree to them.

Last updated 7 October 2026

A free tool, provided as is

The tool is free to use. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no promise that it will crop every label correctly, work with every PDF, or be available at all times.

You are responsible for checking your labels

Marketplaces can change their label layouts, and some files cannot be read fully. Before you ship, check the printed labels yourself:

  • the barcode and QR code are complete and scan correctly;
  • the customer address is complete and readable;
  • the order number matches the parcel you are packing;
  • the label count matches the orders in your seller panel.

Keep the original label PDFs from your seller panel so you can print them again if needed.

Trademarks and no affiliation

Flipkart, Meesho and Amazon are trademarks of their respective owners. Seller Label Cropper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies. Their names are used only to describe which label PDFs the tool works with.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool for any unlawful purpose, including processing labels or personal data you are not entitled to handle. You remain responsible for treating your customers’ data in line with the law and your marketplace’s rules.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the site owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the tool or from being unable to use it. This includes shipping errors, wrong or unreadable labels, lost or delayed orders, returns, and penalties or account actions by a marketplace or courier.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the tool after a change, the updated terms apply.
